In the heart of East Wheeling, The Mother Jones Center for Resilient Community — aka "The MoJo" — is the headquarters of HoH-Share, Inc., a nonprofit that believes imagination and innovation are powerful tools for building a stronger, more resilient community. "You can't dream what you can't imagine" — and The MoJo creates the space to do both.

More than a building, The MoJo is a place of warmth and welcome where creative minds from all walks of life gather around the same table. Here, imagination is the great equalizer, and creativity is the common language. Art-making builds skills, sparks bold ideas, and bridges people who might never have otherwise had the chance to know one another.

The MoJo is also a dedicated safe space where healing happens, Prevention and Recovery are supported, and resilient community leaders are grown. Through art, education, compassionate play, and meaningful relationships, community challenges find creative pathways forward.

The MoJo stays busy with purpose — Life Skills, Art Classes, Chess Clinic, workshops in fiber arts, stained glass, mosaics, printmaking, woodworking, papier-mache, and more. When the MoJo can't bring people in, it goes out — MoJo on the Go-Go takes art directly into the community, meeting people exactly where they are.

The MoJo is also proud home to Art-Share, The Fun-Raiser Urban Mobile Playground, The Bill Hogan Community Gallery, Mustard Seed Mountain Street Paper, UpLIFT WV, Street MOMs, and The MoJo Gift Shop — each a living expression of community imagination, innovative leadership, and the unstoppable power of creative minds working together.
